Our first conference session happened tonight, and it was really fun! I saw friends here at my new home that I’d met before from various places around the world at their homes. Not only that, but I met many others whose names Tom and I had been working with for the past few weeks. And I met people whose names I’ve heard over the years but never had the chance to meet. I won’t repeat the cliché that it was like heaven will be – but there I just did it.
The “Orangejacks” (Rob and Patricia) are staying with us. Annie is keeping them entertained, and we are enjoying catching up with them again. Both of their blogs have a few pictures of their time here so far. I keep forgetting my camera.
