Jott looks cool, but I suspect that people may get jittery over the fact that each voice to text message is listened to and transcribed by a person. Not very secure, especially if one is communicating sensitive information, like business knowledge or a password, etc. In a way, it’s no more secure than a plain email, but at least with the email, a technician has to make a conscious effort to get in an read it.
With Jott, it’s the employee’s job to listen to what you say and then transcribe it into a text message.

Yes, they apparently do use humans, and the service is vulnerable to mobile phone number spoofing.
Nevertheless, for now, my jotts are non-sensitive and the service is an enormous help!
