To have great fuel efficiency you need to buy 50cm3 or 125cm3 motorcycle then you will be able to run 100km with just 2-3 liter of fuel. 50cm3 motorcycle is OK, have enough speed and power, I run one for couple years in my teenage age. Now i have bicycle, evolution. :) BTW right now in Serbia gasoline is 2,4$ per liter. :( Jerry, do you have middle age crisis? :)
