Actually about four feet of the roof line above the front door had gutters that the original builder installed, and the back screened patio had a gutter, but the rest of the house didn&#039;t. Gutters are not standard features on recent Florida homes. I think the logic is that with the sandy soil, the water drains away quickly enough to eliminate the need for gutters. But I&#039;ve talked with a lot of people who have problems that would be eliminated if they had gutters.</description>
