I think it was lamb brain. It would not have been cow brain, as that would be very offensive in India. I might have been pig brain, but we were at a Muslim owned restaurant, so that is unlikely as well since Muslims don&#039;t eat pork. Chicken brains are too small to make a meal of, so I think the best guess is lamb brain.
