We could not be more excited about the opportunities and responsibilities God has given us to help reach the world! During last year alone (2009), we helped bring the gospel to over 5.4 million people, 94,000 of whom indicated they received Christ!
We do this as part of Campus Crusade for Christ’s evangelistic Internet outreaches that produce sites like EveryStudent.com (in English and 35 other languages). Typically, about 250 people each day are indicating they have received Christ while on this site! Using the site around the world we receive emails such as:
“I want to become a Christian. I am so tired. I can’t live as a muslim anymore.”
“I accepted the Lord into my life when I read an article on this website. I don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t read that article on that day.”
“I have just asked Jesus Christ to forgive me and save me from hell. I believe he has. I really never felt loved by God until now.”
Please join us and help reach people with the gospel, build them in their faith, and send them to reach others!

Our History
Jerry and Cathy near Hungary – 1987
Jerry graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla where he met some students who wanted to use Campus Crusade’s strategies to tell other students about Jesus Christ. Having put his faith in Jesus at an earlier age, this was such a unique and fulfilling challenge he decided to be involved in this sort of thing, one way or another, for the rest of his life. During the summer of 1986 God showed Jerry how he could live this dream, by joining the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. That summer he also fell in love with Cathy and discovered she had the same dream. After getting married to Cathy and working a year at McDonnell Douglas, they both fulfilled their dream by joining the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ.
Cathy graduated from Southwest Missouri State University where she also met some other students who were leading a Campus Crusade for Christ group on their campus. Having recently put her faith in Christ, this was an opportunity to grow in her faith. The spiritual growth she experienced and the fun and friends she made convinced her this was what she wanted to do with her life as well. During the summer of 1986 she became friends with Jerry and later married him and the two of them joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in 1989.
In 1987 Jerry and Cathy spent the summer in Hungary telling students about Jesus Christ. Cathy was in Budapest on a team with other Campus Crusade for Christ students, and Jerry was on a team in a town on Lake Balaton called Balatonfüred. That summer experience placed a warm spot in our hearts for Hungary. Our three years living there, from 2003-2006, were some of the best years we’ve had as a family doing this ministry.
